Questions buyers ask us

Short answers to the questions we hear most. If yours is not here, message us on WhatsApp.

What is the minimum order quantity?

It depends on the product: typically one pallet for spices and nuts, 5 t for dates and oils, and a full 20' container (about 24 t) for pulses and rice. We can consolidate several products into one mixed container to reach the minimum.

Do you send samples?

Yes. Samples of 200 g–1 kg are sent by courier; the courier cost is charged and refunded against the first order.

Which payment terms do you accept?

30% advance and 70% against shipping documents for new customers; letter of credit, documentary collection or open account for established partners. Contracts are in USD or EUR.

How long does delivery take?

Allow 1–3 weeks for sourcing and packing, then transit: 1–3 days within the GCC by road, 7–14 days by sea to South Asia and East Africa, 20–30 days to Europe, East Asia and West Africa. Air freight takes 1–3 days.

Can you pack under our brand?

Yes. Send your artwork and label text; we produce retail packs at origin with your barcodes and destination-language labelling. Minimums apply per SKU.

Which certificates come with the goods?

Certificate of origin, phytosanitary and health certificates, halal certificate and a laboratory analysis report as standard; fumigation, non-GMO or organic certificates on request.

Can we inspect the goods before shipment?

Yes. You or an inspection body of your choice (SGS, Bureau Veritas, Intertek and others) can inspect at origin. The cost is usually borne by the buyer.

What if the goods arrive damaged or off-spec?

Notify us within 7 days with photos and lot numbers. Claims are assessed against the sealed pre-shipment sample and inspection report and resolved by replacement, credit or price adjustment.

Do you supply to food manufacturers as well as retailers?

Yes. Industrial formats include big bags, drums, IBCs, flexitanks and diced or paste products for confectionery and bakery.

Which languages do you work in?

English, Arabic and Turkish. Contracts and documents can be issued in English with certified translations where a market requires them.
