Agricultural products vary by season, region and handling. Our job is to reduce that variation to what the buyer expects, and to prove it with documents.
The same sequence applies to every consignment, from a pallet of spices to a full container of hazelnuts.
Site visit, review of the supplier's certifications (ISO 22000, HACCP, GlobalG.A.P., halal) and reference samples from the previous crop.
Representative samples are drawn from the actual lot, sealed and sent to the buyer and to the laboratory.
Accredited laboratories test for the parameters below. Results are shared before the goods are loaded.
Net weights, lot numbers, production and expiry dates and destination-language labels are verified against the order.
Container cleanliness, temperature setting (reefer), stuffing plan and seal number are photographed and recorded.
Parameters depend on the product; this is the standard scope for dried products.

At the buyer's request we arrange pre-shipment inspection and analysis through internationally recognised bodies such as SGS, Bureau Veritas, Intertek and Cotecna, or a local body of the buyer's choice. Halal certification is issued by bodies accredited in the destination country (for example ESMA-recognised bodies for the UAE and SFDA-recognised bodies for Saudi Arabia).
Claims are handled on the basis of the sealed pre-shipment sample and the independent inspection report. Notify us within 7 days of arrival with photos and lot numbers; we resolve accepted claims by replacement, credit or price adjustment as agreed in the contract.
